The Day of Youth is one of the brightest and kindest holidays for youth is the best time in the life of every human. This is a time of dreams, new discoveries, aspirations, and the most challenging plans. To be young means to be active, to be in love with life, be open to everything new, to strive for knowledge, not to be afraid of difficulties, and to be in constant creative search.

I am glad that despite its thousand-year history, Kazan is one of the most youthful cities in the country. Today, half a million young men and women live in the capital of Tatarstan. This is the intellectual and creative potential of our city. Our truly talented and promising young people make a huge contribution to all victories and achievements of our city: in sport, art, education, science, and public life.

We are proud of the talented youth we do everything to ensure that young Kazan citizens could fully realize their abilities. From the bottom of my heart, I wish our youth never to stop at the achieved and successfully implement all professional and creative plans!
