According
to the results of the first quarter of this year, 2,874 students from the
families of the participants of the special military operation were provided
with free two hot meals a day. 1,573 children have been exempted from parental
fees in preschool institutions. 3,080 transport cards and 5,093 “Batyr” cards
were issued. Since the beginning of the year, more than 22 million rubles have
been spent on providing support to military families. This was announced at the
Business Monday meeting by the head of the Department of Social Policy Irina
Smirnova.
“All the
support measures we have taken since the beginning of the special operation remain
in effect. We are adjusting to new challenges. For example, children from the
first marriages of participants of the special military operation were included
in the number of beneficiaries,”- said Mayor Ilsur Metshin.
The head of
the city called for special attention to the organization of summer holidays
for children. According to Irina Smirnova, 576 children of the participants of
the special military operation visited the school camps this year. Families of
military personnel can leave an application for a free voucher on the website
of the Yal center.
Military
personnel and their family members can receive psychological support in the Doverie
Center. As of today, specialists have served 541 people. Support groups are
organized for the wives of the participants, and art therapy is conducted for
their children, which allows them to correct their emotional state.
The
administrations of the districts of the city continue to remain in close
contact with the families of the participants of the special military operation.
Issues related to education, medical services, employment and social security
have become less frequent, but the topic of receiving payments by military
personnel remains relevant.
The “Good
Kazan” hotline received more than 21,000 calls, over 15 thousand of them are
related to the special military operation.
