ICL KPO VS, Gazprom Transgaz Kazan, the Chairman of the Board of
Directors of AK BARS Bank, the Director General of Svyazinvestneftekhim JSC
Valery Sorokin, and the First Deputy Director - Chief Urban Planner of the
Institute for the Development of Kazan, Tatyana Prokofieva, will be included in
the Book of Honor of Kazan.
The proposal, which was unanimously adopted, was put forward during a
meeting of the Presidium of the Kazan City Duma at the City Hall today.

Kazan. After he moved to the position of chief architect, she continued to work
in this position from 2009 until 2019. During this time, a program to improve
parks and squares in the capital of Tatarstan was launched, which was later
implemented throughout Russia.
In 2022, Tatyana Prokofieva became the first deputy director and chief
urban planner at the Kazan Development Institute. Under her leadership, a team
of professionals was formed that tackles complex urban challenges and offers
strategic planning solutions.
Valery Sorokin has headed the largest holding company Svyazinvestneftekhim
since 2003, which is of strategic importance to the economy of the republic of
Tatarstan. This company stimulates investment in the republic and implements
